Accommodations
A limited number of rooms at the conference venue, Libertador Arequipa Hotel, are available at these IACR 2018 rates:
General conditions:
- The rate granted will be applied for reservations made until November 2, 2018. After this date, the best available rate applies.
- Rates expressed in US dollars, per room per night.
- Rates include breakfast buffet served in the hotel restaurant.
- Rates include the Wireless Internet service upon request (applies in all areas of the hotel).
- Check-in is from 15:00h and check-out is at 12:00h.
- The rate to be applied based on Superior room in simple occupancy will be US $ 118.00. In case of double occupancy an additional USD $ 10.00 will be charged plus taxes and services.
- Rates are subject to 18% VAT and 10% service. Non-resident guests who present their passport and Andean Card are exempt from the VAT (only if proof is issued in the name of the guest)
- The above group rates are applicable three (3) days before and three (3) after the IACR 2018 conference dates.
- Reservations and will be subject to availability and must be requested through:
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit or prepaid card.
- Once the reservation is booked and confirmed, the guest will have 72 hours prior to their arrival date, to cancel or modify their reservation without penalty. After this period, the hotel will apply a penalty equivalent to each room night in case of reduction of nights or cancellation of the same.
- No Show: In case the guest does not show up on the confirmed date, the hotel will apply a penalty of all reserved room nights.
- Early departure: in case the guest makes the departure before the date indicated in the present agreement, the charge will be for the total of the reserved nights.
